Project Overview

Praeparo was contracted to provide a strategy and implementation that allowed ProSolveIT to provide an online resource describing the consultancy but also an internal web infrastructure to allow for remote working practices. The key client facing aims:

• Describe the consultancy
• Describe key methodology
• Showcase partners
• Customer support system
• Clean business design

• Handle customer support
• Handle newsletter subscriptions
• Shareable online calendars
• Email including forwarders, webmail access
• Dial-up internet connections
• File sharing

As well as website design ProSolveIT have outsourced all hosting management, Mobile (Blackberry), PC/laptop and technology to Praeparo.
