FREE Cheap Phone Calls

LCR stands for Least Cost Routing, a simple intelligent method of routing your outgoing telephone traffic which results in you obtaining cheaper phone calls. In conjunction with our telecom partners Entacall, we can very often save our customers up to 70% against their BT call bills.

We cut down your call charges by working with alternative first class carriers who have much lower overheads than BT. Using their networks, we are able to provide you with high quality outgoing calls coupled with much lower charges. It's really easy to change over to with no setup costs involved.

Other methods of providing LCR need to re-programme your telephone system, or install a smart box in your premises to route your calls. The danger of these options is that they have a potentially higher 'rate of leakage' due to programming or hardware error. Leakage results in their customers receiving a call bill from BT (because some calls leak via BT) while they think they should have been paying cheaper rates for their calls. Our service uses Carrier Pre-Selection (CPS) technology which automatically enables your calls to be routed directly through BT’s switch, then through a pre-designated carrier of choice. CPS cuts down the leakage to nearly 0% and it all works transparently in the background.

There is no minimum specification required on your telephone system. As long as you have BT installed lines your outgoing calls can be routed for you. No expensive, time-consuming engineer visits are required.

How can I sign-up for FREE low cost calls?

All you need is to have a BT line and to fill in our least cost routing (LCR) Application Form.

After we receive your signed Entacall agreement and Direct Debit mandate, it only takes about 10-15 working days for your lines to go live on the new system. You will receive a letter from BT informing you of the switchover date. You will then pay all your outgoing call charges directly to our telecom partners, Entacall. You'll get an invoice and itemised bill free of charge every month. You only need to pay BT for your line rental and features.
