   No, you can just create email campaigns and newsletters although a website is an excellent tool to build up your subscriber lists.
   
3. Where are my emails sent from?
   You configure your existing email server into the console and emails are sent by your own email host. If you don't have an email service or you want a separate one for your marketing we can provide email services from as little as £25/year.
   
4. Is there a time-limited or other type of trial I can download?
   We don't offer trial or demo versions. We do however offer a 30 day, 100% Money back guarantee.
   
5. How do I receive the product after my purchase?
   Upon sign-up, you will receive a notification via email with logon details.
   
6. Can I have custom fields like First name, Last name, Address in my subscription forms?

   Yes, such personalized emails use what we refer to as "Custom Fields". Custom fields can be created from the Newsletter menu and users will be able to enter in data when they subscribe.
   
9. Can I upgrade to a larger package?
   Yes. Simply contact us and we will adjust your usage limits.
   
10. Can I send attachments?
    Yes, you can send attachments with your newsletters.
    
11. Can I import subscriber lists?
    Yes, we allow you to import or export subscribers using CSV files.
    
12. Can I send out sequential emails (Autoresponders) when a user subscribes to my mailing list?
    Yes, we support sending of automatic sequential emails that are triggered when a user subscribes, sent in specific time intervals, e.g. After 1 hour, or after 1 day etc. All you do is create the individual emails and state when they will be sent.
    
13. Do you support email throttling? i.e. Can I limit the number of emails sent per hour?
    Yes, we allow you to set throttling limits so that only a set number of emails is sent per hour. This enables you to obey any of your web/email host restrictions.  Your package also restricts the number of emails you can send per month.
